Abstract
Objective To compare the effect and safety of domestic meropenem and imipenem/cilastatin in the treatment of AIDS com-plicating severe pneumonia. Methods The randomized controlled parallel experiment design was adopted to conduct the study. The clini-cal effect and safety of meropenem versus imipenem/cilastatin in the treatment of 100 case of AIDS complicating severe pneumonia were observed. Results The effective rate, bacterial clearance rate and the occurrence rate of adverse reactions were 64. 70%, 73. 19%, 7. 84% in the meropenem group ( 51 cases ) , and 63. 26%, 73. 00%, 6. 12% in the imipenem group ( 49 cases ) . There was no statistically significantly difference between the two groups ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Domestic meropenem is effective to treat AIDS complicating se-vere pneumonia, which has no significant difference compared with imipenem/cilastatin.关键词
