Abstract
Objective To compare the application values of dezocine mixed with different doses of dexmedetomidine in postoperative analgesia. Methods 140 patients with elective laparohysterectomy were selected and randomly divided into the group A, B, C and D. 0. 05, 0. 1, 0. 15 mg/kg of dexmedetomidine or fentanyl combined with dezocine and droperidol were given after laparohysterectomy. The pain degree at postoperative 1, 2, 4, 6, 12, 24 h, and the comfort degree and the sedative degree at postoperative 24 h were evaluat-ed by VAS, BCS and Ramsay scores respectively. The occurrence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The VAS scores at post-operative 2 h in the group C and D, and at postoperative 4, 6, 12, 24 h in the group B, C and D were less than those in the group A ( P<0. 05 );the postoperative Ramsay score in the group D and the postoperative BCS score in the group A and D were lower than those in the group B ( P<0. 05 ); the postoperative Ramsay score in the group A, B and D and the postoperative BCS score in the group A and D were lower than those in the group C ( P<0. 05 ) . Nausea and vomiting were more common in the group D and brady-cardia was more usual in the group C ( P< 0. 01 ) . Conclusion Dezocine mixed with 0. 1 mg/kg of dexmedetomidine has good effect and less adverse reactions in postoperative analgesia.关键词
