摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the quality standard of Xindening Oral Solution. Methods Ginseng and Salvia miltiorrhiza in Xin-dening Oral Solution were identified by adopting TLC respectively;the content of salvianolic acid B in Xindening Oral Solution was de-termined by HPLC Results The TLC spots were clear and well separated;the linear range of salvianolic acid B was 0. 121-1. 934 μg ( r=0. 999 9 ) . The average recovery rate was 99. 30%, RSD 1. 15%( n=6 ) . Conclusion The established standard can be used for the quality control of Xindening Oral Solution.关键词
