Abstract
Objective To establish a gradient ion chromatography method to determine formic acid and acetic acid in hypromellose. Methods The separation was performed on the Dionex Ionpac AG11 column ( 50 mm × 4 mm, 5 μm ) +AS11 ( 250 mm × 4 mm, 5 μm ) with potassium hydroxide generated by eluent generator ( EG ) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL/min, the suppressed conductivity detection was adopted. The column temperature was maintained at 30℃. Results The linear range of formic acid was 0. 1-20μg/mL ( r=0. 999 2 ) , LOD was 0. 005μg/mL and the average recovery rate was 99. 35%. The linear range of acetic acid was 0. 1-20 μg/mL ( r=0. 999 6 ) , LOD was 0. 006 μg/mL and the average recovery rate was 102. 06%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, highly sensitive and suitable for determining formic acid and acetic acid in hypromellose.关键词
