摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( ICP-MS method for the determination of the chromium content in gelatin hollow capsule. Methods The samples were pre-treated by the microwave digestion method. Chromium was directly detected by ICP-MS with germanium as internal standard element. Results The linear range was 2-40 μg/L ( r=0. 999 9 ) , the detection limit was 0. 006μg/L and the recovery rate was 92. 90% -108. 40%. Conclusion This method is rapid, accurate, highly sensitive and suitable for determining the chromium content in gelatin hollow capsules.关键词
