摘要
Abstract
Objective To prepare Chloramphenicol and Zinc Oxide Cream and to establish its quality standard. Methods Chlorampheni-col and Zinc Oxide Cream was prepared with lanolin as accessory and chloramphenicol as main drug. The chloramphenicol content in the preparation was determined by HPLC. Results The prepared Chloramphenicol and Zinc Oxide Cream was shown to be stable in quality. The linear range of chloramphenicol was 100-400μg/mL ( r=0. 999 9 ) . The average recovery rate was 99. 67%( n=9 ) , RSD=0. 78%( n=9 ) . Conclusion This preparation is simple in preparation, rational and feasible;its quality standard is accurate and reliable.关键词
