抗菌药物治疗儿童化脓性关节炎的药物经济学研究
Pharmacoeconomic Study of Antibacterial Medication Therapy in Children Suppurative Arthritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the optimal medication treatment scheme for obtaining the best effect with the lowest cost in treating children suppurative arthritis. Methods The pharmacoeconomic method was adopted to analyze 65 cases of children suppurative arthritis in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013. These children cases were divided into the group A, B, C and D according to the medication scheme and performed the cost-effectiveness analysis. Results The effective rate had no statistical difference among the 4 treatment groups ( P>0. 05 ) , the treatment scheme in the group B ( ceftezole sodium ) had the lowest cost, so did the cost-effectiveness ratio. Conclusion The ceftezole sodium regimen is the best scheme for treating children suppurative arthritis.关键词
