Abstract
Objective To assess the rationality of the human serum albumin ( ALB ) use by analyzing the clinical use situation of ALB in 1 839 patients in our hospital. Methods The use situation of human serum ALB in 1839 patients in the clinical departments of our hospital in recent years were statistically analyzed. Results The total amount of humans serum ALB used in 1 839 patients was 10 913 bottles, summing to 109 130 g, the17 departments were involved. The patients with hepatobiliary diseases and tumor were predominant;the individual use amount was dominated by 10-40 g, accounting 57. 53% of total use cases;the ALB distribution of the patients before using human serum ALB mainly focused on the range of 25-35 g/L. Conclusion Human serum ALB is widely used in our hospital and its use is basically rational. But some misunderstanding still exists. Human serum ALB should be rationally used according to the principle of safety, effectiveness and economy.关键词
