Abstract
Objective To provide reference for clinical pharmacist effectively participating in and interfering in the preventive and ratio-nal use of antibacterial drugs during the perioperative period in typeⅠincision operation, and to promote rational drug use. Methods The rationality of preventive use of antibacterial drugs during perioperaive period was analyzed and researched by sorting 384 cases of medi-cal records during February-April 2010, 487 cases of medical records during February-April 2012 and 654 cases of medical records during February-April 2014. Results Though the clinical pharmacist intervention during the preoperative and postoperative periods in typeⅠincision operation, the use of antibacterial drugs gradually trended to be rational from the aspects of drug selection, dosage and use time. In the hospitalization duration, shortening the preventive use time of antibacterial drugs did not increase the postoperative in-fection cases and did not extend the hospitalization duration. Conclusion Formulating the normalized intervention measures for clinical pharmacists participating in the preventive use of antibacterial drugs in typeⅠincision operation and the intervention of clinical phar-macists on preoperative and postoperative medication for promoting rational drugs use are a set of effective work mode.关键词
