Development Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Pharmaceutical Manufac-turing Industry in Laoning Province

Abstract
Objective To promote the development of the pharmaceutical economy in Liaoning province and to provide reference for the implementation of the pharmaceutical industry strategy in this province. Methods The development situation of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Liaoning province from 2006 to 2012 were emphatically analyzed by applying the comparative research method and the data analysis method. Results and Conclusion The main economic indicators of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Liaoning province are rapidly increased,the industrial cluster effect has been preliminarily possessed and the industrial scale has been already formed. But the problems still exist such as insufficient scientific research input,running off of talents and the scientific achieve-ments,loose combination of production,teaching and research,insufficient number of new products and a smaller number of patent appli-cation. It is suggested that Liaoning province should further enlarge the input of research and development,increase the number of new products and the output of intellectual property,strengthen to introduce the talents and scientific and technical results,innovate the sci-entific and technical cooperation mechanism,further push the strategic alliance of production,teaching and research,the government also should actively help to broaden the financing channels of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.关键词
