摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of edaravone combined with salvianolate in treating acute cerebral infarc-tion. Methods 130 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,65 cases in each group. The control group was added with salvianolate by intravenous drip on the basis of con-ventional treatment. On the basis of the control group therapy scheme,the observation group was added with Edaravone Injection by in-travenous drip. After 14 d treatment,the neural function defect scores(NIHSS) were adopted to evaluate the clinical effects in the two groups. Results The NIHSS scores after treatment in the observation group were(12. 92 ± 3. 18)points,which were significantly lower than (17. 62 ± 4. 31) points in the control group( t= -4. 163,P < 0. 05);the total effective rate in the observation group was 87. 69%,which was significantly higher than 69. 23% in the control group(χ2=6. 555,P < 0. 05). Conclusion Edaravone combined with salvianolate can improve the clinical curative effect in the patients with acute cerebral infarction,alleviates the symptoms of neural function defects,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
