Evaluation on Uncertainty of Content of Ceftriaxone Sodium for Injection Determined by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate and analyze the uncertainty of Ceftriaxone Sodium for Injection determined by high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) in order to find out the factors influencing the uncertainty. Methods According to the measurement procedure and the Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement(JJF1059-1999),the measurement uncertainty was evaluated. Results The various components of uncertainties were quantified and the evaluation result of the synthesized uncertainty for this method was proposed. Conclusion The expanded uncertainty U=1. 3%( k=2)is calculated.关键词
