摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of the astragaloside Ⅳ content in Renshen Jianpi Pill. Methods The Agilent Eclipse XDB C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)was used with methanol-water(75 :25)as the mobile phase;the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min;the column temperature was 30 ℃. The ELSD conditions were the drift tube temperature of 40 ℃and the gain value of 4. Results The sample size of astragaloside Ⅳ in the range of 1. 465-7. 325 μg showed the good linear rela-tion with the peak area( r=0. 999 5),the average recovery rate was 98. 48%,RSD was 0. 64%( n=6). Conclusion The established method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility,which can be used to control the quality of Renshen Jianpi Pill.关键词
