Abstract
Objective To understand the injection return situation in the hospital,and to discuss its related reasons in order to provide the relevant countermeasures for ensuring clinical rational drug use. Methods 2 000 pieces of prescription for drug return in the phar-macy of our hospital from 2012 to 2013 year were performed the retrospective analysis on the reasons of drug return,varieties of re-turning drugs and frequency of drug return. Results Most of drug returns in the pharmacy were the injections,which were dominated by Cefoperazone Sodium and Shubatan for Injection,Ceftriaxone Sodium for Injection and Cefotaxime Sodium for Injection. The causes leading to drug return were mainly the patient's discharged from hospital. The top 3 in the drug return frequency were the first depart-ment of internal medicine,the fourth department of internal medicine and the pediatric department. Conclusion The drug return phe-nomena exist in each department of our hospital and the drug return has many varieties of drug and larger quantity. Therefore hospital needs to continuously strengthen the management of drug return,at the same time should ensure the patient's medication safety and avoid or reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.关键词
