Abstract
Objective To understand the effect of clinical pharmacists participating in the pediatric consultation of bacterial infectious diseases. Methods All the consultation notes of clinical pharmacists participating in the pediatric consultation on bacterial infectious diseases in our hospital from January to December 2013 were statistically analyzed,including the consultation purpose,infection sites,mi-crobial specimens detection and application situation of antibacterial agents. Results Among 164 pediatric cases of bacterial infectious diseases,adjusting the antibacterial medication therapy scheme was in 142 cases(86. 59%);clinic adopting all the consultation opinions was in 149 cases(90. 85%),partially adopting the consultation opinions was in 12 cases(7. 32%);112 cases(68. 29%)were respiratory system infections;52 cases were positive in the microbiological test with the positive rate of 32. 70%;the consultation medication was dominated by single drug in 142 cases(86. 59%). Among 159 cases of using antibacterial drugs,140 cases(88. 05%)were the empiri-cal medication,and 19 cases(11. 95%)used the drugs aiming at the bacterial culture results and the drug susceptibility test results;a-mong the cases which the consultation opinions were adopted,the curative effective rate was 91. 30%. Conclusion The clinical pharma-cists play an active role in consultation on pediatric bacterial infectious diseases with higher adoption rate of consultation opinions and higher therapeutic effective rate.关键词
