Abstract
Objective To investigate the new content and new advance of hospital clinical pharmacy at home and abroad in order to provide reference for conducting the clinical pharmacy work in our country. Methods The databases of Cochrane library,PubMed,SCI, CNKI,Wanfang were retrieved for understanding the development situation of hospital clinical pharmacy in recent years,especially the new advances in abroad clinical pharmacy work. Results In recent years,many new techniques in the hospital clinical pharmacy at home and abroad were introduced,many new works were conducted and the great achievements were obtained; compared with the for-eign countries,the specialization and elaboration in our country were insufficient. Conclusion The development of hospital clinical phar-macy in our country needs to expand the clinical pharmacy team,continuously learn from the foreign advanced experiences and conduct the pharmacy work by combining own actual situation.关键词
