Abstract
Objective To establish a flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) method for the determination of ferrum content in carboXymethylcellulose sodium. Methods The determination was conducted at the detection wavelength of 248. 3 nm, the lamp current of 15 mA and the slit width of 0. 2 nm. Results Ferrum showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 0 - 2. 5 μg / mL( r = 0. 999 8), the average recovery rate was 92. 60% , RSD = 2. 23% ( n = 9). Conclusion This method is accurate, stable, and can be used for the de-termination of trace ferrum content in CarboXymethylcellulose Sodium.关键词
