Abstract
Objective To analyze the adverse reactions of intravenous drip of lomefloXacin to provide references for its rational use in clinic. Methods With lomefloXacin and adverse reactions as the key words respectively, the published literature on the cases of adverse reactions caused by intravenous drip of lomefloXaci was retrieved from the CHKD periodicals full - teXt database (1994 - 2012) and the CHKD doctor and master' s degree dissertation full - teXt database (2000 - 2012) and performed the arranging, summing up and analyz-ing. Results The adverse reactions of lomefloXacin had no close relation with gender, the clinical manifestations were various, the neural system reactions were most common, followed by anaphylactic shock. Conclusion Along with the promotion of lomefloXacin in clinical application, its adverse reactions and medication safety should be paid attention to. Before using lomefloXacin in clinic, the allergic history should be inquired in detail and the adverse reactions should be fully cognized. According to the nature of the pathogen, lomefloXacin should be rationally used, and attention should be paid to the drug interaction for conducting safe and effective medication.关键词
