Quality Standard for Sabia Japonica
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the quality standard of characteristic medicinal material Sabia japonica in Jiangsu province for effec-tively controlling its quality. Methods The local quality control method and standard of Sabia japonica were established. The items of the description,microscopic identification,TLC identification,detection and content determination were adopted to control the medicinal material quality of Sabia japonica. Results The character description and the microscopic feature had strong characteristics,the TLC spots were clear and the content determination method was sensitive and simple with good repeatability medicinal material Sabia japonica morphological and characteristic microscopic were specific. TLC spots were clear. The HPLC method is sensitive,simple and accu-rate. Conclusion The established method is easy to operate,accurate,reliable,the formulated standard limitation is rational,which can provide reference for establishing the quality control method of Sabia japonica.关键词
