Abstract
Objective To prepare Jiawei Shuangbai Ointments and to research its quality control methods. Methods The TLC method was adopted to identify Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis and Platycladus orientalis ( L. ) Franco. The contents of emodin and chrysophanol in Jiawei Shuangbai Ointments were determined by HPLC. Results The TLC spots of Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis and Platycladus orientalis ( L. ) Franco were clear and strongly specific. The good linear relationship was achieved in the emodin concentration range of 2. 012-50. 3 μg/mL ( r=0. 999 9, n=6 ) , and the average recovery rate was 98. 82% ( RSD=1. 62%, n=9 ) . The good linear relation-ship was achieved in the chrysophanol concentration range of 5. 258-105. 16μg/mL ( r=0. 999 9, n=6 ) , and the average recovery rate was 98. 66%, RSD=1. 51%( n=9 ) . Conclusion The preparation technology of Jiawei Shuangbai Ointments is reasonable and feasible;its quality control method is easy to operate, strongly specific, better reproducible, accurate and reliable in the detection results.关键词
