摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Weiling Granules. Methods The HPLC method was adopted with the Gold chromatographic column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5μm );the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% phospho-ric acid solution ( 15 : 85 ) , the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results The sample size of paeoniflorin within the range of 0. 164 4-0. 986 6 μg showed a good linear relationship ( r=0. 999 5 ) , the average recovery rate was 98. 08%, RSD 0. 97%. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate with good separation and high reproducibility, and can be used as the determination method of the paeoniflorin content in Weiling Granules.关键词
