Optimization of Alkali Extraction Method of Sipunculusnudus Polysaccharide by Orthogonal Experiment
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharide from Sipunculusnudus Linnaeu. Methods The extraction technology of the sipunculusnudus polysaccharide was optimized by the orthogonal design with the solid-liquid ratio,sodium hydroxide concentration,extraction temperature and extraction time as the investigation factors and the product of the polysaccharide content and the polysaccharide yield as the evaluation index. Results The optimal extraction technology of the sipunculusnudus polysaccharide was as follows:the solid-liquid ratio was 1 :4,the concentration of sodium hydroxide was 1%,the extraction temperature was 60 ℃ and the extraction time was 4 h. Conclusion This extraction technology is simple and rapid,which can be applicable for the extraction of the sipunculusnudus polysaccharide.关键词
