摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Compound Tianma Armillaria Glycopeptide Tablet in treating ischemic cerebral infarction. Methods 157 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the experiment group( n=81) and the control group( n=76). Both groups received aspirins and other conventional therapy. In addition,the experiment group took Compound Tianma Armillaria Glycopeptide Tablet. After 12-month treatment, The neurological function impairment evaluationwas performed. The clinical ef-fects and hemorheological indexes were compared between the two groups. The adverse reactions were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate in the experiment group was 74. 07%,which was higher than 59. 21% in the control group( P < 0. 05);the hemorheological indexes after treatment in the two groups were better than those before treatment,moreover the fibrinogen level in the experiment group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). No obviously adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Compound Tianma Armillaria Glycopeptide Tablet can promote the neural function recovery,reduces the fibrinogen level,and can effectively treat cerebral infarction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
