Study on Quality Standard of Compound Huanggen Granules (Sugar Free)

Abstract
Objective To establish the quality standard of Compound Huanggen Granules ( sugar free ) . Methods Phyllanthus urinaria and Astragali radix in this preparation were identified by TLC and the content of gallic acid as the effective component in Phyllanthus urinaria was determined by HPLC. Results The TLC characteristics were distinctive without interference by the negative control and with strong specificity;the linear concentration range of gallic acid was 0. 252-2. 264 μg ( r=0. 999 9, n=6 ) and the average sample recovery rate was 100. 88%,RSD=1. 78%( n=6 ) . Conclusion The established standard can be used for the quality control of Compound Huanggen Granules ( sugar free ) .关键词
