摘要

Abstract

Objective To determine the content of multiple trace elements in Ligusticum chuanxiong so as to provide the basis for its development and application. Methods The sample was treated by the microwave digestion method. The above multiple trace elements in Ligusticum chuanxiong medicinal material produced by different regions were detected by the inductively coupled plasma mass spec-trometry ( ICP-MS ) . Results Under the given analytical conditions, the standard curve of each element had good linearity, the correlative coeficients were above 0. 999, the sample recovery rate was 96. 31% -104. 22%, and RSD was 0. 5% -4. 6%. The detection results showed that Ligusticum chuanxiong has rich Mg element, relatively high content of Fe, Mn and Zn element and very low content of harmful elements except the Cd content on the high side. Conclusion This method used in this study is simple and rapid with low detection limit, high sensitivity and good accuracy, and can be used for the simultaneous determination of multiple trace elements in Ligusticum chuanxiong and this experimental results can provide reference for further development and utilization of Ligusticum chuanx-iong resource and its quality control.
