摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) method for the content determination of berberine hydrochloride in Tangwei Capsules. Methods The Inertsil C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was 0. 05% potassium dihydrogen phosphate(adding sodium dodecyl sulfate 0. 4 g per 100 mL and then adjusting pH to 4. 0 by phosphoric acid)-acetonitrile(52 :48). The detection wavelength was 265 nm. Results Berberine hydrochloride showed good linearity within the range of 0. 069 73-0. 129 5 μg( r=0. 999 9). The average recovery rate was 101. 14%,RSD=0. 59%( n=6). Conclusion The es-tablished method is simple and accurate with good specificity, which can be used as the quality control method of the raw materials and finished products of Tangwei Capsules.关键词
