Research Advance in Metabolism in Vivo of DEHP and Its Toxicity Mechanism
摘要
Abstract
Plasticizer, especially di-2-ethyl hexyl phthalate ( DEHP ) , is widely used in various types of plastic product. With the news of adding plasticizer in food continually exposed, the harm of plasticizer to human health has attracted public attention gradually. The in vi-vo accumulation of plasticizer and its metabolites can lead to the multiple organs damage. The reproductive organs accumulation of plas-ticizer can contribute to significant reproductive system damage and its accumulation in liver can lead to the oxidative stress and cause the liver cell apoptosis. In addition, plasticizer can be used as an adjuvant to affect the immune system. This review systematically elab-orates the reproductive toxicity, liver toxicity and immune toxicity of DEHP, and the relevant mechanisms.关键词
