摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of the astragaloside content in Tianmeng Capsules. Methods The ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column ( 150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm ) was used with acetonitrile-water ( 32 :68 ) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min. Results The linear range of astragaloside was 0. 230 4-4. 608 μg ( r=0. 999 7 ) . The average recovery rate was 98. 15% with RSD of 1. 46%( n=6 ) . Conclusion This method is strongly specific and simple to operate for detect-ing the astragaloside content in Tianmeng Capsules.关键词
