Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the triple therapy of soybean isoflavone, Metronidazole Vaginal Effervescent Tablets and Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsule in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods 76 cases of senile vaginitis treated in our hos-pital from August 2012 to January 2014 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group. The observation group was given the combined medication of soybean isoflavones+Metronidazole Vaginal Effervescent Tablets+Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsule, while the control group was given the combined medication of nilestriol+Metronidazole Vaginal Effervescent Tablets+Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsule. The curative effects and incidence of efficacy and the occurrence rates of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 89. 47%, which was sig-nificantly higher than 57. 89% in the control group with statistical difference ( P﹤0. 05 ) . The case number of vaginal pH﹤ 5 and H2O2 concentration ≥2 mol/L in the observation group were higher than those in the control group ( P﹤0. 05 );the vaginal cleanliness in the observation group was better than that in the control group ( P﹤0. 05 ) . The observation group had no obvious adverse reactions, but the control group had 3 cases of small amount of vaginal bleeding ( P﹤0. 05 ) . Conclusion The combined therapy of Soybean isoflavone, Metronidazole Vaginal Effervescent Tablets and Lactobacillus Vagina Capsule in treating senile vaginitis has the advantages of high ef-ficiency and good security, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
