随着经济全球化的发展，中医药产业作为我国特色优势产业，其产业安全日益受到关注。该文基于知识产权保护视角，在界定中医药产业安全内涵的基础上，从中医药产业自主创新、品牌化发展及知识产权运行环境3个维度对影响中医药产业安全的知识产权要素进行了分析。分别从中医药产业竞争力及科技创新两方面阐述了知识产权保护对中医药产业安全的作用路径。
