Security of Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Based on Protection of Intellectual Property
摘要
Abstract
With the development of economy globalization,the traditional Chinese medicine industry as the characteristic advantageous in-dustry,the industrial security has been focused on gradually. From the perspective of protection of intellectual property,the article ana-lyzes the intellectual property factors affecting traditional Chinese medicine industry security on the basis of defining the connotation of traditional Chinese medicine industry security. The intellectual property elements are analyzed from three dimensions:independent innova-tion,brand development and operation environment of intellectual property rights. In the end,the article elaborates the acting path of protection of intellectual property on industry security of traditional Chinese medicine from two aspects:industry competitiveness and technological innovation.关键词
