Clinical Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Foment Package External Application Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Uremic Syndrome of Chronic Renal Failure in 50 Cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Foment Package external application combined with Western medicine in treating uremic syndrome of chronic renal failure. Methods 100 patients with uremic syndrome in chronic renal failure were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group,50 cases in each group according to the random number table method. The patients in the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine Foment Package external application com-bined with Western medicine,while the patients in control group only used the conventional Western medicine therapy. The curative ef-fects and the changes of blood pressure(SBP,DBP),renal function indices of serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creati-nine clearance rate(Ccr),levels of blood uric acid(UA),hemoglobin(Hb),serum albumin (ALB),24 h urine protein and blood elec-trolytes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 62. 00%,which was significantly higher than 34. 00% the control group( P < 0. 05);SBP and DBP after treatment in the treatment group were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment,and significantly lower than those in the control group( P <0. 05);the renal function indices,UA,Hb,ALB,24 h urinary protein and the changes of blood electrolytes after treatment in the treat-ment group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,moreover significantly better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Foment Package external application combined with Western medicine has an obvious curative effect in treating uremic syndrome in chronic renal failure,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and is worthy of clinical promction.关键词
