摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a RT - HPLC method for determining the gallic acid content in Xuean Capsule by RP - HPLC. Methods The octadecyl silane bonded silica gel column ODS - C18 was adopted with the mixture solvent of methanol - 0. 1% phospho-ric acid (3 : 97) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1. 0 mL / min and the detecting wavelength was 214 nm. Results The sample size of gallic acid in the range of 0. 021 1 - 0. 211 μg / mL showed the good linear relation with the peak area. The average recovery rate was 99. 28% , RSD = 1. 73% ( n = 6 ) . Conclusion It is concluded that with the parameter set used in this study, the gallic acid content in Xuean capsules can be determined in a fast and accurate manner with a good reproducibility.关键词
