Abstract
Objective To explore the difference of effects between recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide (rhBNP) and sodium nitro-prusside (SNP) for treating acute myocardial infarction complicating acute heart failure, and to analyze its nursing measures. Methods 86 cases of acute heart failure in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the group A ( n =43) and B ( n =43). The group A was treated with rhBNP, while the group B was treated with SNP. All cases were given the pertinent nursing measures. The changes of heart rate, blood pressure, serum creatinine, urine volume and dyspnea improving index changes before treatment and after continuous 72 h medication were observed in the two groups. The curative effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Moreover the changes of living habits, healthy cognition, etc. were compared between before and after nursing. Results The improvement situation of various indexes, to-tal effective rate and the occurrence rate of adverse reactions had statistical differences between the two groups ( P ﹤ 0. 05); after nursing in-tervention, the living habits in the most of patients were greatly improved, the higher deepening rate of health cognition and higher nursing sat-isfaction rate were obtained, moreover the occurrence rate of complications showed the lower level. Conclusion By cooperating with the perti-nent nursing measures of healthy education, medication guidance, complication nursing and dietary habit correction, rhBNP has better effect and higher safety than SNP in the treatment of acute heart failure, so the pertinent nursing combined with rhBNP has higher clinical value for treating acute heart failure and is worthy to be popularized.关键词
