摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the extract process of Euodia rutaecarpa by orthogonal experiment. Methods With limonin,evodiamine and rutaecarpine as the evaluation indexes,the orthogonal experiment was adopted to optimize the ethanol concentration,ethanol amount,ex-traction time and reflux times. Results The best ethanol extraction process was that the medicinal materials were performed the reflux ex-traction with 12 times the amount of 70% ethanol,reflux extraction twice and 3 h each time. Conclusion The optimized ethanol extraction process of effective component from Euodia rutaecarpa is rational and feasible,which can provide reference for practical production.关键词
