摘要
Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the relationship between GSTP1 gene polymorphisms in Chinese population with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and the platinum-based chemotherapy sensitivity. Methods The researches on GSTP1 gene polymor-phisms and the platinum-based chemotherapy sensitivity were retrieved from the databases of the Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMBASE, CBM,CNKI,VIP and Wangfang database. Then the extracted data were independently screened and the quality evaluation was performed by 2 researchers. The meta analysis was performed by adopting the RevMan 5. 2 software. Results A total of 6 articles meeting the requirements were included,involving 527 patients. The meta analysis results showed that the chemotherapy effective rate in the patients with genotype GSTP1 313 GG ( GG vs AA:OR,4. 80;95% CI,1. 57-14. 69 ) and genotype AG ( AG vs AA:OR,3. 42;95% CI,1. 99-5. 86 ) was significantly higher than that in the patients with gynotype AA,moreover the chemotherapy effective rate in the carrier of mutant genotype G(genotype AG+GG)was significantly higher than that in the patients with wild genotype AA ( AG+GG vs AA:OR, 2. 38;95% CI,1. 61-3. 53 ) . Conclusion GSTP1 gene polymorphisms is associated with the platinum-based chemotherapy sensitivity in Chinese population with NSCLC.关键词
