Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Huoxue Tiaojing Pills in treating hypomenorrhea after artificial a-bortion. Methods Totally 126 patients were randomly divided into the the observation group and control group,63 cases in each group. The control group was given the Climen treatment,whereas on the basis of the control group the observation group was combined with Huoxue Tiaojing Pills treatment. The treatment course in both groups was 3 menstrual cycles. The total effective rate was observed in both groups. The serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL),estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P) levels before and after treatment were detected and the occurrence situation of adverse reactions was observe in both groups during the treatment process. Results The menstrual quantity after treatment in both groups was significantly increased compared with before treat-ment,moreover the increase in the observation group was more obvious,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05);the total effective rate in the observation group was 88. 89%,which was significantly higher than 73. 02% in the control group( P < 0. 05). The FSH,LH,PRL,E2 and P levels after treatment in both groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment( P < 0. 05);the improvement of the FSH,E2 and P levels after treatment in the observation group was more significant( P < 0. 05). The adverse re-actions in both groups occurred during the treatment process had no signifiantly difference. Conclusion Huoxue Tiaojing Pills in the treatment of hypomenorrhea after artificial abortion is safe and effective,and can significantly improve the therapeutic efficacy and medi-ate the endocrine function disorders.关键词
