治瘀汤口服联合药渣外敷治疗子宫内膜异位症36例﹡
Zhiyu Decoction Combined with External Application of Medicine Dregs for Treating Endometriosis in 36 Cases

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhiyu Decoction combined with external application of medicine dregs in treating endometriosis with the type of Qi stagnation and blood stasis. Methods Totally 72 patients with the type of Qi stagnation and blood stasis of endometriosis complicating chronic pelvic pain were and randomLy divided into the study group and the control group,36 cases in each group. The patients in the study group were given oral Zhiyu Decontion combined with the external application of medicine dregs,while the control group was given the therapy of Dane Fukang Paste. The medication was begun on 15 d after menstruation and 2 weeks were taken as 1 course of treatment. The second course of treatment was continued on the next menstrual cycle. The chronic pelvic pain degree,tradi-tional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptom scores,CA125 improvement situation after 3 continuous courses were compared between the 2 groups. Results The chronic pelvic pain rate after 3 courses of treatment in the study group and the control group were 16. 67% and 44. 44% respectively,the TCM syndrome integral scores were(7. 4 ± 3. 2)points and(9. 1 ± 3. 6)points respectively,CA125 was(24. 8+4. 7)U/mL and(28. 3+5. 5)U/mL respectively,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant( P < 0. 05);the total effective rates of the study group and the control group were 86. 11% and 72. 22% respectively,showing no statistical differences between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Zhiyu Decoction combined with the external application of medicine dregs in the treatment of the type of Qi stagnation and blood stasis of endometriosis can obviously alleviate the chronic pelvic pain,improve the clinical symptoms and decrease the CA125 index,its curative effect is superior to that of Dane Fukang Paste.关键词
