Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xingnaojing Injection combined with nursing intervention in treating acute alco-holism. Methods The clinical data in 150 cases of acute alcoholism were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into the study group and the control group according to the different nursing methods,75 cases in each group. The two groups were treated by Xingnaojing Injection and the routine nursing,while the study group was implemented the nursing intervention. The effect of nursing care,symptoms disappearance time,observation time,occurrence of accident events,treatment compliance and symptom checklist score (SCL-90)were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The significantly effective time,symptoms disappearance time and observation time in the study group were (43. 25 ± 8. 86) min,(9. 46 ± 2. 65) h and (19. 48 ± 4. 17) h,which were significantly shorter than(57. 37 ± 8. 42)min,(15. 73 ± 6. 28)h and(24. 49 ± 5. 75)h in the control group( P < 0. 05);the occurrence rate of ac-cident events in the study group was 5. 33%,which was significantly lower than 45. 33% in the control group( P < 0. 05);the good medication compliance rate after the nursing intervention in the study group was 53. 33%,which was significantly higher than 29. 33%in the control group ( P < 0. 05 );the SCL-90 scores after intervention in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Xingnaojing Injection combined with nursing intervention for treating acute alcoholism can not only shorten the symptoms' disappearance time and the observation time,but also increase the patient treatment compliance,reduce the incidence of accident events and improve the psychological state of patients;it has significant effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
