Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of hyponitrogenic and hypocaloric parenteral nutrition combined with the hor-mone replacement therapy in treating gastrointestinal tumor. Methods 90 patients with gastrointestinal tumor in our hospital from Au-gust 2011 to August 2013 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group. The control group ( 45 cases ) was treated by the hyponitrogenic and hypocaloric parenteral nutrition, while the obser-vation group ( 45 cases ) was performed the hyponitrogenic and hypocaloric parenteral nutrition combined with the hormone replacement therapy. The related metabolic indexes, postoperative recovery time and postoperative complications were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The contents of albumin ( ALB ) and transferrin ( TRF ) had the statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . But the blood sugar levels had no statistically significant difference between the two groups ( P > 0. 05 ) and had the comparability. The proportions of exhausting time, hospital stay and weight lose were lower than those in control group ( P < 0. 05 ) , the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ) . The cases number of complication occurrence in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Hyponitrogenic and hypocaloric parenteral nutrition combined with the hormone replacement therapy can improve the patient ’ s energy metabolism, accelerate the recovery time, reduce complications and is a rapid and effective postoperative therapeutic method in the pa-tients with gastrointestinal tumor.关键词
