摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of oxytocin on uterine fibroids blood supply. Methods 200 patients with uterine fibroids undergoing ultrasound ablation in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into three groups. Oxytocin was intravenously dripped by a rate of 0. 12, 0. 24 and 0. 36 U/min. The changes of peripheral arterial and internal arterial blood flow parameters before and after intravenous drip of oxytocin were observed in the three groups. The changes of the vital signs before and after intravenous drip of oxytocin and the occurrence rate of complications within three months were observed in the three groups. Results The mean flow velocity ( Vmean ) , peak systolic velocity ( PSV ) , vascular diameter and blood flow in pe-ripheral and internal arteries after intravenous drip of oxytocin in three groups were significantly decreased, the resistance index ( RI ) was significant increased ( P < 0. 05 ); but the internal and peripheral arterial indexes had no statistically significant differences among the three groups ( P > 0. 05 ) . The systolic, diastolic, and mean arterial pressure after intravenous drip of oxytocin in the three groups were significantly lower than those before intravenous drip, while the heart rate was significantly higher than that before intravenous drip ( P <0. 05 );but no statistically significant differences existed among the three groups ( P > 0. 05 ) . No complications including dizziness, nause-a, vomiting, chest tightness, abdominal pain etc. occurred during 3-month follow up period. Conclusion Intravenous drip of oxytocin can reduce the blood supply of uterine fibroids and change the blood flow signals parameters under ultrasound.关键词
