摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the role and significance of clinical pharmacist in the clinical practice for treating the Ⅳ degree of marrow depression caused by chemotherapy. Methods The clinical pharmacists and doctors together adjusted the medication regimen for treating the Ⅳ degree of marrow depression by analyzing the chemotherapeutical drugs and the physical status for finding out the causes leading to the Ⅳ degree of marrow depression. Results The most probable reasons leading to the Ⅳ degree of marrow depression were the chemotherapeutical drugs and their doses, and chemoradiotherapy history; clinical pharmacists participated in the medication adjust-ment, the patient was discharged from hospital with improvement and stabilization in the disease condition. Conclusion The medication adjustment embodies the value of clinical pharmacists and ensures the safe, rational and effective medication treatment in this patient by the cooperation between clinical pharmacists and medical staff.关键词
