Abstract
Objective To analyze the correlation between children allergic diseases with the delivery mode, and to directionally observe the clinical therapeutic effect of probiotics in children allergic diseases. Methods The clinical data in 127 children patients delivered in our hospital from April 2012 to June 2014 were collected and implemented the directional grouping by dividing them into the observation group and the control group according to different delivery mode. The occurrence situation of clinical allergic symptoms were observed and recorded by follow-up. The contents of serum Ig G antibodies and total IgE antibodies were quantitatively detected at 4, 8, 12 months af-ter delivery and the differences between the two groups were compared. The patients with allergic diseases were treated by adopting the supplement of anti-allergic probiotics and the curative effects were observed. Results The morbidity rate of allergic diseases was 44. 06% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 17. 65% in the control group ( P > 0. 05 ) , moreover serum IgE antibodies level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the differences had no statistical signifi-cance ( P > 0. 05 ) . After the treatment of anti-allergic probiotics supplement, the clinical symptoms in 38 allergic children were significant-ly alleviated. Conclusion Children delivered by cesarean section have the higher incidence rate of allergic diseases and the situation for these children generating intestinal flora disturbance is obvious. Adopting syndrome differentiation and rational supplement of anti-allergic probiotics can effectively reinforce the function of intestinal flora in children and reduce the occurrence rat of children allergic diseases.关键词
