Abstract
To understand the use,research and development situation and development prospect of orphan drugs by analyzing the current situation of the research,development and declaration of orphan drugs at home and abroad. Because of little market demand and large difficult of clinical trial,the research of orphan drugs in our country is still in the start stage. Some suggestions are put forward for the research and development of orphan drugs in our country by combining with the situation of our country. It is hoped that the orphan drugs development gets more and more attention and more development space.关键词
