Abstract
Objective To explore how to accomplish the teaching management work of the pharmaceutical interns for cultivating the qualified pharmaceutical talents. Methods The solutions aiming at the existing problems in the process of the teaching management were put forward. Results The pharmaceutical interns' learning initiative and the teachers' teaching and management initiative were promoted,which made teaching benefits both teachers and students. Conclusion The teaching and management of the pharmaceutical in-terns is a very important work in the pharmacy department of the hospital. Only with continually exploring and accumulating the experi-ence,can the level of the teaching and management of the pharmaceutical interns be elevated.关键词
