Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of Duloxetine combined with the cognitive intervention on the depression degree and the quality of life in patients with cancer. Methods Totally 60 patients with malignant tumor complicated with depression in the hospi-tal from June 2013 to August 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group. The two groups received the conventional anti-tumor treatment. The control group was added with the cognitive interven-tion,while on this basis the observation group was added with Duloxetine Enteric-Coated Tablet. The two groups were treated for 8 weeks. The Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)were adopted to evaluate the curative effects in the two groups. The survival quality and the occurrence situation of adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 86. 67%,which was significantly higher than 46. 67% in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). Compared with before treatment,the HAMA and HAMD scores after treatment in the two groups were significantly decreased( P ﹤ 0. 05),moreover the de-scend amplitude in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). The three fields of mentality, independence and social relationship in the two groups were improved,moreover the improvement degree in the observation group was greater than that in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05);the control group had no obvious improvement in the physiological field,but the ob-servation group got significant improvement in this field( P ﹤ 0. 05). The two groups had no remarkable improvement in the environment field ( P ﹥ 0. 05);the total occurrence rate of adverse reactions was 46. 67% in the observation group and 43. 33% in the control group without statistical difference between them( P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion Duloxetine combined with the cognitive intervention in treat-ing cancer complicating depression has better clinical effect,can significantly improve the patient's quality of life with good safety,and is worth of clinical promotion.关键词
