Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of baicalin in Qingrezhixie Tablet by HPLC. Methods The HPLC column was the Agilent Eclipse plus C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm);the mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid (45 :55 :0. 2);the detection wavelength was 280 nm. 70% methanol was used as solvent. Baicalin in Qingrezhixie Tablet was extracted by ultrasound for 30 min. Results The sample size of baicalin in the range of 0. 077-1. 224 μg showed the good linear relations with the peak area;the regression equation was Y=3 087. 2 X﹢25. 652,r=0. 999 9( n=6);the average recovery rate was 98. 68% RSD was 1. 58%( n=9). Conclusion This method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Qingrezhixie Tablet.关键词
