摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the content of pharmaceutical care in the diabetic patients taking antidepressants. Methods By analysing the hypolgycemia occurrence in 1 case of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),the causes,influence of antidepressants on blood glucose and pharmaceutical care key points of pharmacists on this kind of patients were investigated. Results The affinity differences of antidepressants with different receptors make their different influences on blood sugar. Pharmacists can take the antidpressant varieties preferred by the diabetic patients and their cautions as the key points of pharmaceutical care. Conclusion The diabetic patients should try to select the antidepressants with a smaller impact on blood sugar,strengthen the blood glucose monitoring and timely adjust the an-tidiabetic drugs to effectively avoid the occurrence of adverse events.关键词
