摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhenwu Decoction combined with the TC chemotherapeutic regimen in treating moderate and advanced gastric cancer. Methods Totally 50 patients with moderate and advanced gastric cancer in the hospital from June 2010 to June 2013 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,25 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine TC chemotherapeutic regimen,while on this basis the observation group was combined with Zhenwu Decoc-tion. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The disease condition after treatment was improved in most of the patients. The total effective rate in the observation group was 64. 00%,which was significantly higher than 36. 00% in the con-trol group( P ﹤ 0. 05);the observation group was significantly higher than the control group in the aspects of the scores of physical function,role function,cognitive function,emotional function,social function,physical symptoms and overall living quality scores( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Zhenwu Decoction combined with the TC chemotherapeutic regimen can significantly increase the clinical effect in treating moderate and advanced gastric cancer and conduces to improving the patients living quality.关键词
