摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Child Huatanzhike Granules in the treatment of child bronchitis. Methods Totally 102 children outpatients with bronchitis in the hospital from April 2011 to August 2012 were collected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,51 cases in each group. On the basis of anti-viral and anti-infection therapy,the two groups were added with Child Huatanzhike Granules(treatment group)and Ambroxol Hydrochloride Oral Solution(control group)respectively. The clini-cal efficacy and improvement of symptoms and signs were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rates after 1 week treatment in the treatment group and the control group were 86. 27% and 76. 47% respectively. The time of stopping cough in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . There was no statistically significant differences in the rales disappearance and defervesce time between the two groups( P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion Child Huatanzhike Granules can obviously im-prove the symptoms of cough,etc. ,and has good clinical effect in the auxiliary Western medicine routine therapy for child acute bronchitis.关键词
