摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bazheng Decoction combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Capsule in treating chronic non-bacterial prostatitis. Methods Totally 96 patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis in the hospital from August 2012 to August 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,48 cases in each group. The control group was given Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Capsule,while on this basis the treatment group was added with Bazheng Decoction. The scores of the US National Institutes of Health-Chronic Prostatitis Symptoms Index(NIH-CPSI)af-ter 2 courses of treatment were compared between the two groups. The curative effects were evaluated. The interleukin-8(IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) levels in expressed prostatic secretion(EPS) were detected. Results The total effective rate after treatment in the treatment group was 91. 67%,which was significantly higher than 79. 17% in the control group,with the difference statistically significant( P ﹤ 0. 05);the NIH-CPSI scores after treatment in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment ,moreover ,the descend amplitude in the treatment group was significantly more than that in the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05);the IL-8 and TNF-α levels after treatment in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treat-ment ,moreover ,the descend amplitude in the treatment group was significantly more than that in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05 ). Conclusion Bazheng Decoction combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Capsule has obviously clinical effect in the treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis,and can improve the clinical symptoms,decrease the inflammatory factors levels and de-serves to be promoted in clinic.关键词
